Posted: Jul 8, 2010
Cheshire Brownie Troop 60613, spent three months collecting supplies for the Middletown Animal Control (Shelter). The girls collected the supplies from pet shops, neighbors and family. Some girls even recruited parents to collect supplies at work. The girls collected dog and cat food, dog and cat treats, blankets, wash cloths, pet shampoo, towels and toys just to name a few. The girls collected so many supplies that the supplies filled up the hallway out side the Shelter Office with in the Middletown Police Department. One girl even gave her Day of Caring Patch to one of the Officers at the shelter, which the Officer will display at the shelter.
